At Welluma, you are always in control of your data. You can delete individual visit records or your entire account and all associated data directly from within the app — no need to contact us.
🗑️ Delete a single visit record
- Open the Welluma app and sign in
- Go to the History tab
- Find the visit you want to remove
- Tap Delete Visit
- Confirm the deletion — this is permanent and immediate
⚠️ Delete your entire account and all data
- Open the Welluma app and sign in
- Go to the Settings tab
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section
- Tap Delete My Account & All Data
- Confirm the deletion
This permanently deletes your profile, all visit records, provider information, and account credentials from our systems.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email)
- Saved visit records and AI-generated visit summaries associated with your account
- Provider profiles you've saved
- Follow-up reminders and calendar associations
Recording and deletion
Appointment audio is processed to create a transcript and visit summary and is not retained by Welluma as part of your saved visit history. When you delete a saved visit, that visit record is removed from your active account.
Account deletion
When you delete your account, your profile and saved visit records are removed from active systems. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in secure backups before being overwritten or deleted in accordance with our data retention practices and applicable legal requirements.
