At Welluma, you are always in control of your data. You can delete individual visit records or your entire account and all associated data directly from within the app — no need to contact us.
🗑️ Delete a single visit record
- Open the Welluma app and sign in
- Go to the History tab
- Find the visit you want to remove
- Tap Delete Visit
- Confirm the deletion — this is permanent and immediate
⚠️ Delete your entire account and all data
- Open the Welluma app and sign in
- Go to the Settings tab
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section
- Tap Delete My Account & All Data
- Confirm the deletion
This permanently deletes your profile, all visit records, provider information, and account credentials from our systems.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email)
- All recorded visit transcripts and AI-generated summaries
- Provider profiles you've saved
- Follow-up reminders and calendar associations
Retention period
Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our active databases immediately. Any residual backups are purged within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
