Please read these Terms carefully before using Welluma. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Welluma is a mobile application developed and operated by Welluma Health Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. The App allows users to record medical appointments and receive AI-generated plain-language summaries with links to trusted health resources.
Welluma is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The summaries generated by Welluma are for informational and personal reference purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
The App is designed to help you understand and remember conversations with your healthcare provider — it is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Do not use Welluma to make clinical decisions or replace advice from your doctor, nurse practitioner, or other licensed healthcare provider.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Welluma. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at wellumahealth@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are solely responsible for obtaining the consent of all parties before recording any conversation using Welluma. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. In Canada, you must have the consent of at least one party to a conversation (which may be yourself). In some jurisdictions, all parties must consent.
Welluma Health Inc. is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from recordings made without proper consent. By using the recording feature, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents.
Welluma offers a 30-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription at $4.99 CAD/USD per month. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

The Welluma name, logo, App design, and all related content are the property of Welluma Health Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The recordings and summaries you create belong to you. By using the App, you grant Welluma Health Inc. a limited license to process your recordings solely for the purpose of generating your summaries.
Welluma is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated summaries will be perfectly accurate. AI summaries may contain errors or omissions — always verify important health information with your provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welluma Health Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on any AI-generated summary for medical decisions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
